Premier Burrell, a joint venture between The Premier Property Group and The Burrell Company, will begin transforming the historic 19th century, four-storey townhouses which are located in a famous World Heritage Site, into 20 traditional apartments in Spring 2005. The mix of two and three bedroom apartments are designed to combine the existing 19th century period features with contemporary comforts.

The original buildings were designed by the famous Scottish, Victorian architect John Lessels from 1880. The development will retain original features from this period including spectacular central stairwells, ornate and detailed cornicing, archeol doorways as well as stone bays complete with the original sash and case windows and shutters which flood the principal rooms with daylight.
